- Application and admission guidance
- Student experience and relocation support
- Career and education pathway assistance
- Recommendations and referrals to third-party medical, educational, and training institutions
These third parties may include universities, veterinary schools, hospitals, clinics, training providers, and other service partners (collectively, "Providers" and "Partners"). MED-EUROPE CAREERS does not itself provide medical treatment, education, or academic qualifications.
2. Application, Admission & Support Services
MED-EUROPE CAREERS offers advisory and administrative support for individuals seeking to study medicine, veterinary medicine, and related disciplines across Europe, including Poland.
Any fees charged by MED-EUROPE CAREERS relate exclusively to consultation, guidance, administrative assistance, and application support.
Fees & Refunds
- Application and service fees are non-refundable, except at MED-EUROPE CAREERS' sole discretion.
- Fees cover administrative and operational costs and do not guarantee admission or acceptance.
- MED-EUROPE CAREERS may assist with communication between users and institutions; however, no contractual obligation exists requiring MED-EUROPE CAREERS to secure admission, placement, or outcomes.
EU Consumer Rights Directive — Digital Content Withdrawal Waiver (Article 16(m))
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts concluded at a distance. However, Article 16(m) provides an exception where digital content is not supplied on a tangible medium and performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
Where MED-EUROPE CAREERS provides digital content or digital services (including but not limited to pre-med study materials, downloadable resources, online course access, or digital consultation recordings) that are delivered immediately upon payment or registration, you expressly agree that:
- Performance of the digital content contract begins immediately upon your confirmation of purchase;
- You acknowledge and accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once delivery or access has commenced; and
- You will be asked to give this express consent and acknowledgement at the point of purchase before any digital content is delivered.
This waiver applies only to immediately delivered digital content and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to physical products or services not yet commenced.
3. Education Programmes & Courses
Fees paid for educational programmes, preparatory courses, or training services facilitated or promoted by MED-EUROPE CAREERS are strictly non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
4. Information Accuracy & Limitations
MED-EUROPE CAREERS compiles information from Providers, Partners, and publicly available sources. While reasonable care is taken, we do not guarantee that such information is:
- Accurate

We accept no liability for inaccuracies, omissions, or misleading information supplied by third parties.
5. Third-Party Relationships & Contracts
- MED-EUROPE CAREERS facilitates introductions and communication only.
- Any agreement entered into between a User and a Provider or Partner is independent of MED-EUROPE CAREERS
- MED-EUROPE CAREERS is not a party to such agreements
- We assume no responsibility or liability arising from those contractual relationships
